Florists in the United States range from neighborhood flower shops with a walk-in cooler to studio designers who work only by appointment for weddings and events. Most retail florists build arrangements to order, deliver the same day when you call before early afternoon, and belong to a wire network (FTD, Teleflora or BloomNet) that passes out-of-town orders to a local shop. Ordering from the shop directly rather than through a national website usually means more flowers for the money, because no order-gatherer takes a cut. Flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, often early in the morning, and many now open to the public. Flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies and sunflowers and sell by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own.

Traffic in Baltimore peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. The flowershop needs to be more careful with their bouquets. Yesterday a bouquet arrived with 35% of wiltered flowers. I had been a loyal customer of Crimson and Clover since they opened, but yesterday they dissapointed me.

I walked in with a general idea of a bouquet I wanted to put together for my girlfriend for Valentineβs Day, but I wasnβt exactly sure how to bring it together. Despite not having exactly what I wanted (I wanted sunflowers in February which isnβt really a thing) the team helped me put together something beautiful. I didnβt see the final result until they were delivered and it did not disappoint! My girlfriend loved them. 10/10 recommend

Amy and her incredible team of talented designers created an unbelievably elegant and dreamy atmosphere for my daughter's wedding. Working with Amy was inspiring and joyful; I looked forward to every meeting with her because I knew it was going to a positive and energetic experience. Her dedication to achieving the specific details that I envisioned was unbelievable; you would have thought she was planning her own wedding! The best thing you can do is TRUST in her artistry. She listens and really hears you. Her interpretation of my thoughts and vision were spot on and brought to fruition seamlessly. I can't recommend her enough...and I cannot THANK her enough for the gorgeous and unforgettable atmosphere she created for my daughter's ceremony and reception!! β¨π΅οΈπΉπΊβ£οΈβ¨

We loved working with Crimson and Clover for our wedding in September 2023. After sending Amy our initial inspiration, she sent over an entire portfolio example for our wedding including rented table decor items, table blooms, and boutineer/bouquet photos. She is a professional and does a fantastic job. She was able to execute my vision perfectly. The flowers were PERFECT!! Tip for Brides: Iβd recommend buying a back up grooms boutineer and having it delivered to the venue with the table blooms since theyβre very affordable! After the ceremony but before portraits my husbandβs main bloom in his boutineer fell out due to the rain/commute.

Stunning! Crimson & Clover did the flowers for our February winter wedding. We were using lots of jewel-tones and the arrangements were simply gorgeous! Could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. Thank you so much! Would 100% recommend them for any wedding or event.
